The Power of You Tube
Have you ever watched a You Tube video? They have a lot more to offer than watching someone's cat flush the toilet over and over or watching someone's kid play the piano in a dinosaur costume.
You Tube is a way to connect with people. Your face, your thoughts, your voice are reaching out to people. You can market your listings, give a tour of a condo community you do lots of business in, show off your expertise in home staging, etc. The possibilities are endless, and it's a fun way to market yourself!
Find your creative spark. Just remember: keep on target, keep it short and simple, speak clearly and make sure to review it before you post.
Is your Seller reluctant to pay for a Home Stager and you can't seem to break the news that they really need to get those millions of family photos and clutter out of site sts?! Use the power of You Tube to assist you in those areas of Real Estate that aren't really your specialty.

Great concept. They give photo tour of the inside of homes (not sure if these are their listings) and gave contact info for showings.
I have to say that I would have zoomed out of the image instead of zooming in because I think it would look better if the room got progressively bigger. - ANy thoughts? Post a new blog comment!
